The Food and Beverage Management Foundations course, put together by Lobster Ink and Hotelschool The Hague, is an introduction to fundamental financial knowledge and skills required to manage a Food and Beverage department correctly. Directed at Learners at supervisor level, this course is designed to give Learners a broad overview of profit and loss statements, stock management, calculating beverage costs, and payroll management. Learners should be able to improve food and beverage sales with the selling techniques, promotions, and marketing tools they have learnt about in this course.
