Serving food is an art and the quality of your Guests’ dining experiences should be central to your food and beverage ethos. This course teaches Learners the essentials of food and beverage service. Your Learners will be taught the basics: table setting, taking orders, menu preparation, personal hygiene expectations and tools of the trade. They will also learn the importance of communicating effectively with Guests, especially when handling complaints. Once your Learners have completed this course, they will have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities as food and beverage professionals, and will be able to carry out their daily duties with confidence.
