The course focuses on the responsible service of alcohol in an establishment. We follow the character Lawful Li on a journey where he is given an education on the laws and regulations that surround alcohol service. He is shown the consequences of over consumption and how to deal with such behaviour. He is also given insight on the effect of alcohol on the human body as well as how over concumption affects the people around the drinker.
