This course, created by Lobster Ink and Healdan, will identify what security awareness is, how to identify problems with a hotel’s security system, how to enforce procedures, and how to deal with a breach in security. The course details what security involves and where threats come from, how the roles and responsibilities of staff contribute to overall security, as well as dealing with Guests from a security perspective, including Guest room incidents.
