The Luxury Hospitality Standards – Food and Beverage course is a behavioural course that equips learners with the best practices required to tailor the perfect Food and Beverage experience for Guests. The learner is introduced to techniques and skills such as arrival and seating, taking Guests’ orders and how to provide Guests with exceptional food and beverage service in various establishment situations and spaces.
