About this course

In the hospitality industry, our aim is to maximise revenue from each Guest, while ensuring they have a truly memorable and satisfying experience. This course teaches you the basics of market segmentation, identifying your main competitors, distribution channels and how to turn ‘lookers’ into ‘bookers’. You will learn about the revenue cycle, gross operating profit, and supply and demand. The course will also cover how to utilise social media to improve reviews, as well as the aid of KPIs.
