Hotel of the Month August & September 2017

The Lobster Ink Hotel of the Month award honours an establishment dedicated to the development of their team through ongoing training. One such establishment is JW Marriott Hotel Dubai, who has won our Hotel of the Month for August and September!

Learners completed a total of 1,512 subjects with an average score of 73% in August and 1,698 subjects with an average score of 74% in September - well done! Outstanding growth and results.

Director of Human Resources Loay Mamdouh, said that Lobster Ink is a simple but compelling online learning tool that equips associates with the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide great service. It has also had a significant impact on increasing F&B knowledge, which helped to improve associates’ confidence and assure them in their skill sets. Loay also believes that Lobster Ink has been a significant driver of the team's responsiveness to guests' needs.

JW Marriott Hotel Dubai has clearly demonstrated that learning and development can increase confidence, better communication, and yield positive ROI. Proving that investing in the growth and development of associates and teams are vital to provide world-class service.
