Hotel of the Month June 2017

Lobster Ink tips its hat to those establishments who share our passion for continual learning and development. A passion that ensures every learner is equipped with a skill set that can be applied immediately, and one that allows each team to apply the same standard of service across different departments. These are the makings of a remarkable Guest experience, and one that will prompt Guests to return time after time.

One such an establishment, and our Hotel of the Month for June 2017, is Kempinski Hotel Ishtar, Dead Sea. Team members at Kempinski Hotel Ishtar, Dead Sea completed a total of 2 552 subjects with an average score of 84%. We would like to congratulate  Nisreen Kassissieh, the director of people training at Kempinski Hotel Ishtar and her team for their stellar effort in driving Lobster Ink at their establishment. This is the second time Kempinski Hotel Ishtar has been awarded the title of Hotel of the Month, as they’ve also walked away with this auspicious title in February 2017.

“It's a big success for our hotel to take the lead of Lobster Ink again during the month of June 2017. We strongly believe that Lobster Ink is one of the essential e-learning platforms that motivates our colleagues towards the quality service provided to our guests,” said Nisreen.
