That's why we are thrilled to announce November’s 2017 Hotel of the Month winner is Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel.
General Manager of Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel, Lars Kerfin, says that Lobster Ink has been very well received by team members and a genuine interest towards developing their skills can be seen in their daily operations.
He also explained that to keep team members motivated a reward system was introduced for the top 3 learners of each month. He says, this has changed the way team members approach their daily tasks and they try to include learning with Lobster Ink as often as possible.
