During September, associates at Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort completed 3026 subjects with an average score of 74%, making them the top achieving establishment for the month!
The quieter weeks leading up to peak season can present a fantastic opportunity to place a renewed and greater focus on training and development. A knowledgeable and skilled team, of course, can also give establishments the competitive advantage.
