How to use the Lobster Ink Support site
As a learner on the Lobster Ink platform you have unlimited access to the Lobster Ink Support site. The Support site provides information on how to use the Lobster Ink Learner Portal, how to make the most of the courses available to you, and how to resolve problems you may encounter.
You can find the Support site by clicking the question mark, as shown in the image below:
This will take you to the Support site homepage.
In order to gain full access to all the Support site features you will need to create an account. This will allow you to comment on articles and participate in community discussions. Please note this will be a separate login to your normal Lobster Ink details.

The Lobster Ink Support site deals with a variety of issues. Below, we have listed the four main categories of content that you will find on the Support site:
- How to use the Learner Portal
This section has information about Learner Portal navigation and functionality including how to change your password, edit your profile, and definition lookups.
- Course Content
In this section you will find all the information you need about your courses, practical assessments, certificates, language options, and course documents.
The Community is a place for all Lobster Ink Learners to interact with each other and share information. You can do this through the Tips and Tricks section or in the General Discussion area. You will need to be signed in to post a new question or respond to a comment.
- Contact Us
If you have a question that cannot be answered by the information on the Lobster Ink Support site, you can always send us a message directly. Simply fill in the form and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
To find the answers to your questions, you can either click on the article that is relevant to what you are looking for, or use the search bar in the top right-hand side by typing in the term you would like to look up.
