Do you need help with something on your Learner Portal, or do you have a question about your course material? We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you with some of the common queries learners have had in the past. Alternatively, if your question has not been asked before, we are happy to assist you!
If you would like to get in touch with the Lobster Ink support team, here is a quick and simple way to do so.
Step 1: Select the question mark icon on your Learner Portal.
Step 2: The “How can we help?” pop-out will appear. Type your question in the space provided.
Step 3: Select ‘Next’.
Lobster Ink might already have an answer to your question, so in the next pop-out, you will see a list of links to articles that may be useful for you.
If, however, you don’t find the answer you are looking for;
Step 4: Select the ‘None of these are helpful – Get in touch’ button. This will take you to an information request sheet.
Step 5: Fill in your details and give us more information regarding the problem you are experiencing.
Step 6: Select ‘Submit’.
Once your submission is successful, you will see “Message submitted, Thanks!”. You can then click the close button to return to your Learner Portal. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your query and we will respond to it within 48 hours.
