Meet Helen Sibuyi
Portofino, Italy was a far away dot on the map when Helen was working in her parents' street vending business in Hazyview, South Africa. But after being introduced to the world of hospitality through Lobster Ink and the Good Work Foundation, Helen's passion for learning has taken her on a remarkable journey. Starting with a scholarship from the South African College for Tourism, to trainee chef at one of South Africa's top resorts, all the way to Portofino to show the world her incredible talent.
