  • How do I track the overall performance of my establishment?

On your admin portal you can download a number of key reports that tracks course progression and learner activity. The reports can also help you deep-dive into different subjects to better understand your establishment's strengths and weaknesses. One of the key metrics we consider is the percentage of medals won. This is a great overall indication of the quality of learning that is taking place, as it shows how regularly your learners are passing assessments on their first attempt. • Am I able to see the number of medals the learners at my establishment have received?

The medals section on the administrator portal offers you the possibility of drawing detailed reports on different levels. You are able to view monthly totals for your establishment or zoom into a preferred period of time. The system also allows you to view medal totals on establishment and departmental level, medals won as a percentage of assessments taken and per individual learner.

  • Do you take the size of the establishment into account?

Yes. Every month we pull a report of the top 10 establishments of the month based on the average number of subjects completed per active learner and the highest average score. We then calculate the weighted average of the average subjects completed per active learner and the average score. The establishment with the highest weighted average wins. We decided to base our decision on these calculations, in order to give all establishment a fair chance to win.
