About this course

Good hotel security depends on the ability to effectively identify and manage risks. Lobster Ink has partnered with Healdan to develop hotel security courses that prepare staff for security and terrorist threats. This course identifies staff roles and responsibilities in relation to security awareness at their establishment. You’ll be given the tools needed to handle the different stages of personal security: handling issues in public view, how to de-escalate a situation and how to control an escalated situation.
