Ten courses guide team members through the entire sequence of service, training them on the knowledge they need to deliver consistent and reliable dining experiences. Because ultimately, a happy guest is a returning guest - and that's brilliant news for revenue. As with Start Well in Hospitality, the training is available in 25 languages (captions and voiceover). This is also the first step of our entire Food and Beverage category rehaul - so watch this space for more updates. Lobster Classroom is the latest addition to our feature stack that records off-platform training initiatives in one centralized location. Developed to remove the complexity and administration of managing in-person training, Classroom allows a manager to capture course completions in one simple flow.
So whether your learners are training as a group, or have regular one-on-one catch-ups and corrective feedback sessions with their managers, all off-platform Lobster training can now easily be recorded.
