After signing up for 14 day free trial (no credit card required) you will instantly get access for up to 10 users on our platform. At any point during your 14-day free trial, you can upgrade your license count or once the trial concludes, you can maintain or increase your user license quantity without restarting onboarding by providing payment information.

For all standard subscription plans we accept all major credit cards. If you are not comfortable paying by credit card and would like to arrange an offline payment, please contact hello@lobsterink.com. All tailored subscription plans are paid via bank transfer or wire transfer.

Currently, we only offer annual plans with annual contract terms and billing cycles. Your account will be billed for the full annual amount upfront at the start of your contract term. Payment is due one time per year for annual contracts rather than monthly or quarterly.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan to a higher usage tier at anytime with just a click on your subscription dashboard and gain immediate access at a pro-rata fee. You can also downgrade or cancel your subscription but note these will only take effect at the end of your current annual billing period.
