It’s with great excitement that we share our latest Hospitality Excellence Learning Library release: Bed Bug Management. Comprising two courses, the training has been developed for hotel operations (focusing on housekeeping and engineering), and front office and leadership.
Teams will learn how to proactively prevent the spread of bed bugs by learning inspection protocols that fit into their everyday tasks, following treatment best practices if bed bugs are detected, and handling guest queries about bed bugs.
2 courses, 7 video lessons, theory assessments and on-the-job performance support, all available in 25 languages.
Given the recent rise in bed bug infestations in popular tourist destinations such as Las Vegas, it's advisable to take preventive measures now rather than later.
